1.1 Fundamental Principles

Axolotl SMP is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful community. We have zero tolerance for any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.

1.2 Prohibited Behaviors

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent removal from the server:

• Discrimination: Any form of discrimination based on:
  • Race
  • Ethnicity
  • National origin
  • Gender
  • Sexual orientation
  • Gender identity
  • Gender expression
  • Religious beliefs
  • Political affiliation
  • Disability
  • Age
  • Socioeconomic status
• Harassment: Any unwelcome conduct that:
  • Creates an intimidating environment
  • Involves repeated unwanted contact
  • Includes sexual advances or comments
  • Targets an individual's personal characteristics
• Pronoun and Identity Respect:
  • Intentional misgendering
  • Deadnaming
  • Mockery of gender identity or expression
• Sexual Harassment:
  • Unwanted sexual comments or advances
  • Sharing explicit or sexually suggestive content
  • Sexual objectification
  • Inappropriate sexual jokes or innuendos
• Political Harassment:
  • Aggressive political arguments
  • Shaming or belittling political beliefs
  • Using political views to create hostile environments

2.1 Reporting Mechanism

Users can report inappropriate behavior through:

• In-game reporting tools
• Discord modmail
• Email to moderation team
• Anonymous reporting form

2.2 Enforcement Process

All reports will be:

• Treated with strict confidentiality
• Investigated thoroughly and impartially
• Addressed promptly
• Handled without potential for retaliation

2.3 Consequences

Violations will result in:

• Immediate temporary or permanent ban
• Potential legal action for severe cases
• Preservation of evidence for potential further action
• No opportunity for ban appeal in cases of severe harassment

3.1 Staff Accountability

Moderators and staff are held to the highest standards and are subject to the same, if not stricter, behavioral guidelines. Any staff member found to be engaging in discriminatory or harassing behavior will be:

• Immediately removed from their position
• Potentially banned from the server
• Subject to additional disciplinary action

3.2 Abuse of Power

Any abuse of moderator privileges, including but not limited to:

• Inappropriate use of administrative tools
• Harassment under the guise of moderation
• Selective enforcement of rules
• Personal vendettas

Will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

4.1 Community Participation

Users are expected to:

• Treat all community members with respect
• Use inclusive and considerate language
• Create a welcoming environment
• Report witnessed harassment or discrimination

4.2 Consequences of Violation

Users who fail to adhere to these standards will face:

• Immediate warning
• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Potential ban from all Axolotl SMP services
• Referral to appropriate authorities in severe cases

5.1 Server Rights

Axolotl SMP reserves the right to:

• Modify these terms at any time
• Take legal action against severe violations
• Refuse service to anyone
• Permanently remove users without prior notice

5.2 User Agreement

By using Axolotl SMP services, users agree to:

• Abide by all stated terms
• Acknowledge the server's right to take action
• Waive certain rights in cases of verified harassment
